01Who I am
blinc.ink is the tattoo practice of Clive Camilleri, working from Dermoda Studio, Market Street, Highbridge, Somerset, TA9 3BW, United Kingdom. I’m responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact me about it on WhatsApp (+44 7343 092183) or Instagram (@blinc.ink).
02This website
No cookies, no tracking. This site doesn’t use cookies or advertising trackers. I use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It’s cookie-free and anonymous, so it can’t identify you or follow you across other websites.
The booking form stores nothing. The consultation builder runs entirely in your browser. It writes a message for you, then opens WhatsApp or Instagram so you can send it. Nothing you type is saved on this website or sent to me until you choose to send that message yourself.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which, like any web host, briefly keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and running.
03Information you send me
When you get in touch or book, I may receive:
- your name and contact details (such as your WhatsApp number or Instagram account)
- your tattoo idea, placement, size, reference images and appointment preferences
- details you choose to share to make your session comfortable
- deposit and payment records
Messages sent through WhatsApp or Instagram are also covered by those services’ own privacy policies (both are run by Meta).
04On the day: consent and health information
Before tattooing, I’m required by my licence to ask you to complete a consent form, including some health questions and a check of your photo ID to confirm you’re 18 or over. This is used only to tattoo you safely and to meet licensing and insurance requirements. It’s kept securely, never shared except where the law requires it, and kept only for as long as those requirements need.
05Why I use your information
- to reply to your enquiry, design your tattoo and arrange your appointment
- to tattoo you safely and provide aftercare support
- to keep the records my licence, insurance and the law require
06Photos of your tattoo
I’d love to share photos of your finished tattoo on this website and on Instagram, but I’ll always ask first. You can change your mind at any time and I’ll remove them.
07Sharing
I never sell your information or share it for marketing. It’s only shared where the law requires it.
08Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it’s used. Just message me and I’ll respond within one month. Some records, such as consent forms, may need to be kept for a set period to meet legal and licensing requirements.
If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
